Zeitronix accuracy
Zeitronix accuracy
Have heard from someone claim that zeitronix is not very accurate. Can I get some input from people who have tried this system and others?
I was planning on buying one of these but thought I should ask after I heard this claim.
Thanks.

I heard its one of the more accurate wideband's. Here's a page from RRE:

I remember reading a while back in some mag about a shootout between different widebands and the Zeitronix came out on or near the top in all categories. I can't remember much more than that unfortunately.
One of my friends told me he heard people were having problems with the zeitronix but couldnt remember what they were. Can anyone else chime in who owns one and let us all know how you like it? I am in the market for a wideband and cant decide between this or the Innovate motorsports one with the gauge. Thanks

I use the Zeitronix system with MAP, EGT, and O2 for all of my monitoring and logging. Everyone I have talked to and every review or comparison I have read ranks the system one of or the most accurate and reliable in this market segment.
I have not experienced one glitch.
The O2 is a standard high quality Bosch unit. They just upgraded the MAP sensor to a medical grade 3.5 bar (51.45 psi) from the previous medical grade 2.4 bar...and the older box can be flashed to accommodate the new sensor range as mentioned above. the system even has two modes to account for boost readings relative to changing ambient pressures (altitude, weather, etc.)
The facts and specs are here:

Again, I highly recommend the unit...and I always put quite a bit of research in before I even think about buying anything.
