Is it safe?

I have HKS RS, HKS Catback, Hallman MBC

Next week I'll have HKS SSQ, Helix HFC, Tanabe DP.

The week after that I'll have HKS cam gears, HKS 272 Cams I/E

Then I'm going to Al to get my car tuned with a Walboro.

The thing is I'm going to have to drive down to Conneticut with no tune is that safe/drivable/ok?

This is only performance modifications I'm listing here.
