dynoflash + boost controller

Ok im planning on getting a dynoflash soon. i have a question it might sound dumb (and i know what a boost controller is and does), if i get the dynoflash would you recommend me getting a boost controller? also the dynoflash doesnt up the boost right? and electronic or manual. i know electronic is better but would a manual be fine for now? thanks.

You'd be fine with the manual. I suggest hallman pro as you will see it all over these forums in the mods list that people have. I'm getting flashed this week and will be running a hallman as well. no the flash doesn't up the boost but it does get rid of boost taper, so it will run the stock 19psi to redline. go to www.dynoflash.com and read their faq, that will give you info on running boost controller and what exactly the flash does.

Al actually has an Ecutek flash available that control's boost. You can use the stock selenoid and it will controlboost. But its cheaper and better in the longrun to use a manual boost controller (hallman) and his custom road tune.
