What water injector size are your using for the injection? 100 or 150psi pump?

Also, to get a 50/50 water methanol mix, you have to mix a 60% volume methanol and 40% volume water (water = ~1g/cc and methyl alcohol = ~0.8g/cc)

It's the 150psi @/4.9gph injector

I'm going to keep it straight meth, I found it close to my house for 1.87/gal

the nozzles are rated at 4.9gph@100psi for water. At 150psi that will be ~(150/100)^0.5 *4.9 = 6gph.....methanol being less viscous, flow rate is higher than 6gph......lots of leaning out to do

Thats what i figured also. Getting kinda psyched about it. But headstuds come first. So by about noon or so the heat soak and retorque should be done, then we flip the switch.

Didn't get the headstuds in today, had to head to the tool shop and re supply my work toolbox from last week. Plus I also made a pressure tester for the boost switch in the car to see what the actual pressure is when the injection starts.

Headstuds in and ready for a few heat cycles then re-torque or do you think Im good at 80ft/lb?

I figured out the wiring problem, it seems I didn't have a good ground, I was using a different ground to test the system.
