AVC-R problems !

AVC-R problems !

Hello guys ,

first sorry for my poor english(german )

i hade a problem with my avc-r, when i adjust the boost on 24 psi it makes over 30 psi on peak,the same when i adjust the boost just on 16psi the boost go in the 4 and 5 gear over 30 psi ?
what for adjust settings the poeple here use the avc-r ?

I think your lines may be wrong. Make sure your 2 vacum lines are correct. One to the waste gate nipple the other to the turbo nipple. I'll ahve to tell u which one goes where on the Boost Solenoid later cuz off hand I dont know, but there is a nice diagram posted on here. Try searching for it in the mean time.

What is your "duty cylce" set to? Also whats the "feedback speed",and "Start duty"? If you want 24psi set the controller to that and then try a duty cycle of 57. and use the "learn gear" mode. Drive around and do pulls in each gear. If it is below boost raise the Start duty or if its above lower the duty cycle.

you can post some pictures fron the lines ?
my connections are ,1. line from the turbo in the salonid, from there it goes the 2. line to the wastgate! ?

i adjust the duty on 57% with "learn gear" but no diffrent ?
feedback speed is on 3,3,3,4,4
