Try either loosening the adjusting screw or loosening the screw on top of the RS. The springs in it are stiff already so usually, loosening the screw should improve the response and sound you get from the Greddy RS

it will flutter a little at low boost levels, but if it is fluttering at wot and full boost u need to loosen the spring with the adjustment screw on top

Do Not Adjust It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Have Read Many Threads On Bov's, Only When You Turn Up The Boost, Besides That Is The Sound Of Those Greedy Bov's Anyways A Slight Whistle To Them.
