Forge BOV from vividracing

i'm looking for a new sound from my evo (sounds like an econobox now), i don't feel like shelling out the $$$ for a cat-back, so i thought the air-dump sound woul be ideal. I found this is there a reason why it is significantly cheaper than other BOV's? I just have a 3" downpipe on my car now and plan to get dynoflashed soon.

first off its vent to atmosphere which will cause your call to stall. second off i think forge has a new BOV for the evo so that one is just "old school"

I will never again buy a Forge! An expensive paper weight if you ask me.

If you only willing to spend $100 on a BOV get the JDM MR Diverter Valve. It's probably ten times better than the Forge one.

I bought my "older" forge unit for 80 bucks, holds 21.5PSI perfect.

If you are looking for sound than the JDM MR DV is not for you. Add an intake and you can hear a slight gush. But the JDM MR DV can hold up to 28 psi.

Forge RS is a great valve, easily adjustable, no leaks.
