I just purchased an Evolution IX, the following mods that i would like to add onto the are:

Apex-i GT Ti Exhaust
Apex-i GT 3" downpipe
Ultimate Racing High Flow Cat
HKS Super Racing Suction intake kit

Maybe:

Do i need to get a boost controller or do you just flash it for a given psi and it never changes? Also, for the best/safest tune, do i come to your shop, or do i just send it in?
