It is a "Fancy-dan, all-singing, all-dancing Windows-ish thingie to capture, display, and analyze the data from that fine ECU+ headunit in your car."

Well, if you went out and bought a Super AFC, then something to control timing, then a PocketLOGGER, an OBD-II scan tool, a knock link, plus HKS FCD and EIDS boxes. Take all of that, and stuff it into one box. Then have someone write you a fancy Windows GUI that can datalog it all in real time along with a similar Palm GUI. Plus a street dyno add-on, higher-resolution fuel and timing maps and plug-n-play capability. Toss in a goofball who's constantly adding features and answering tech support, a vendor who's willing to drive around at midnight to help add features, and a bunch of swell customers. That's the ECU+.
