Evo IX Standalone/Piggyback
I've done buttloads of searching on here and have found some tidbits of info of standalone's as well as piggybacks being developed for the IX, but nothing has been released as of yet. Personally, this is the best option for me when compared to a flash since I was told that dealers can detect flashed ecu's these days. So what options do us IX owners have currently?
GEMS has a ECU for EVO IX, full specs. They are stanalone and you will need a pro to tune your car.

I want something that can control all the necessary units without screwing up the stock ecu programming. This is because here in CA we have some crazy strict emission laws and I want to be able to pop in the stock ecu anytime to revert back to stock maps. Personally, I'd want something more user friendly like an AEM so I'm willing to wait for that. Shouldn't matter much since it's produced by GEMS anyways.
