It depends what application you are using it for. If you are planning on turboing your car you would want to get V1, because it has a vacuum line to read boost levels, and adjust fuel accordingly. The V2 does not have a vacuum line, and just reads the rpm and voltage instead to make adjustments. Both are fully tunable with the software none the less.
**V2 can be used for turbo applications as well, but you will not get as good results, as you would if you had V1 due to the missing vacuum line.
