this would be my guess. the small spoiler wasn't an option in the US for evos

it only came on the normal lancer cars sold here, not the evos

The low wing was standard for 03's. The high wing was an option.

The high wing cars came with a 3rd brake light in the rear shelf area. I also do not have that because my standard wing had it integrated. Nobody is going to install one and remove the 3rd light to prove a point. If mine was installed after the fact the extra brake light would still be there.
