Need Stand Alone Or Flash

My Evo Is Not Making Enough Torque And Is Rich On Top End, I Am In Oklahoma And Do Not Have Anybody Around Me Who Can Flash My ECU Or Tune My Stand Alone When I Get One Or The Other, So Any Suggestions??? Its My Everyday Driver So Sending My ECU In Is Out Of The Question.

Wrong forum, ECU+ is not a stand alone, so what the heck are you talking about, and which stand alone are you talking about

I'd plan to get a wideband air/fuel package, then tune the car yourself. I'd avoid a standalone ECU at all costs if you don't have a nearby shop to service it.

Where in OK are you? You may want to drive to Dallas and have it tuned.
