Al, Shiv (Vishnu Tuning) and Works are all arguably the 3 top flash type Evo tuners, and they all get great results (they go about it slightly differently). I chose Works because Im in Cali. I got a full road and dyno tune. Your best bet is to get on Al's schedule and get a full road and dyno tune from him. That way you are close to your vendor, and he is a very great and knowledgable tuner. I would take a custom tune ocver a mail-in anytime. Thanks for chiming in with the info AL!
