evohang I just found that HKS also make one, check out this link http://www.overboost.com/obs/product.asp?pid=28883

However you really should get a flash because you will get many other benefits then just fixing your problem. And dude lets not beat around the bushes YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH POWER!!!

Yes, you are guaranteed by Dynoflash a minimum of 20hp. 3 days total. One day shipping each way and one day for the flash. Very easy to take out the ECU- there is a thread in the how-to section.

To answer your original question, your car's making too much boost and that's why you're hitting a fuel cut. With the new exhaust, you have much less backpressure and therefore the car can take in more air and therefore it can make more boost than the ECU thinks is safe.

You're hitting the fuel cut because SOMETHING BAD is happening to your car (too much boost), and the fuel cut is your car's way of NOT BLOWING UP. You don't want to keep driving hard without a boost controller to lower the boost.

You'd be able to verify this if you had a boost gauge. You might be hitting boost spikes of 23+ psi.

Also, the issue here isn't "removing the fuel cut," as you've put it several times. The issue is running a safe amount of boost, and that's why a boost controller is immediately necessary. If you're going to continue to use the intake, then a tune will help as well. You also need a fuel pump if you're going to get tuned, especially with an intake.
