need to check my wiring for gm maf

first off let me say that i have read the manual so i really dont feel like being hassled about that.

here is how it went. i have a 3" gm maf and the lt1 splice harness. black pigtail on the harness i connected to the black wire on the stock maf connector (this is the only one i was unsure about doing all together), the pink on the harness i connected to the 12v source on the stock maf connector wich i believe is the 4th wire in from the left. the yellow i connected to pin 4 an orange wire in group A going to the ecu plus hu BUT i left the other half of pin 4 going to the stock ecu unconnected when i spliced into it. should i have had it connected both ways or just the way i have it?

now for the changes inside the car. i sent pin 15 a yellow wire in group B on the ecu plus hu to the stock ecu pin 85, BUT i only sent it to the stock ecu, i left pin 85 going to the stock wiring harness not connected. next i sent pin 16 a green wire in group B on the ecu plus hu and connected it with pin 33 a red wire in group D on the ecu plus hu BUT i left the other half of pin 33 going to the stock ecu not connected. i then sent these two wires that are now connected to the stock ecu at pin 72 and connected them, BUT it is only going to the stock ecu so the rest of pin 72 going to the stock wiring harness is not connected.

let me know if i need to change any setup with this
