isnt that easy to do? I got my IX tuned with ecutek last year and boost is controlled through the factory ecu. tuners in the states preferred to use mbc's when IX just came out couse it was easier to control it that way...

im pretty sure a waste gate will affect boost, but only if it is (1) installed wrong; or, the waste gate is allowed for exhaust to vent limiting the about of actual exhaust that reaches the turbo. less exhaust, the harder it may become for the turbo to builded boost, or, limited the turbos ability to create a certain amount of boost. i think the wastegate works similiarly to the BOV in the both are used as an exit point of excess boost or exhaust gases.

now, this is just my opinion, i think im right. can anyone else concer with this?
