AEM TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller??
Anyone have this? Any experiences?
I'm considering getting Ecutek'd and since I'm already spending around 180ish on a boost gauge, wouldn't this make more sense considering its a boost controller too? Would this work like a boost gauge as well?
I dont really care for all the warning functions of the defi and just need a gauge that tells me what I'm boosting. This unit looks relatively easy to use and for my basic setup seems like it it'll be perfect.
I'm thinking of this and their wideband gauge.
Any thoughts?

I have no personal experiences with it, but in my old 240 i just had a Greddy profec b spec II and that was my boost controller and boost gauge. I recommend still getting a mechanical boost gauge and checking it with the electrical boost gauge in the AEM. Ive just heard that electrical boost gauges like the ones in some electronic boost controllers are a little in accurate. Im not sure why, but it might be worth it to borrow a friends autometer gauge and check it so you wont over boost. But im switching to an EBC cause it gets to be a pain in the @$$ having to go under the hood in the morning, afternoon and nite to adjust the boost cause of the temperature changes.
