is this a deal?

I was looking into picking up a zeitronix wideband but I ran into a deal.

my friend wants to sell me a innovative lm1 basic kit for $100....

is that good deal cause a basic kit is around $350?

innovative is a good wideband also and for the price shoot i would take it =)
