New used evo going on dyno need info.

I bought a 03 evo with 31000 miles on it a couple days ago and have an appointment for a couple base dyno runs tomorrow, and also to make sure its running ok. the car has a hks ti/carbon exhaust system, with an hks down pipe, work high flow cat, hks drop in filter and a works p2 reflash. I have had a small problem with it poping ever so slightly at the top end under full throttle, but only in the first two gears, however the cars pulls real hard, doesnt backfire or hesitate just makes an odd little pop noise. I have an older defi a/f gauge in it but to be %100 honest I dont even know how to read it or what means what. The boost gauge says its holding 19 psi till red line but Im not sure how accurate it is.
When they do the dyno runs and I get everything back what should I be looking for as far as a/f and hp/tq curves? What kind of power "should" I be making with this setup?

Is it running an aftermarket DV? The poping noise could be caused by a number of things. It could also be normal. I get a popping noise everyonce in a while with my buschur racing TBE. Works flashes from what ive heard are also fairly conserative. You should be making descent power, but would be better with maybe a Jestr tune or a full dyno tune would get you a really good gain.

What do you mean DV? The guys that are dynoing my car have a mustang dyno and primarly work on subaru's. I think my next step as far as power goes is going to be cam's and thats when I plan to do a dyno tune. I hear cobb is coming out with the accessport for the evo in a couple months and I am highly considering that cause its only $700 and I can have several maps made for such things as race gas/street/track ect.
What about the a/f ratio what should it be at?

It also has iridium 7 plugs in it, but Im not sure if my car would benafit from a colder plug with the mods that it has.

Well did you ever get it dyno'd? The popping noise sounds like it might have been detonating a little bit which is not a good thing. What kinda #'s did you put down?

I got it dyno'd and it was running a little lean which was causeing the popping and we also think the stock plastic bov is leaking above 17.5psi. It only made 217 and 232 at the wheels. It wasnt detonating though. I am going to get a forge rs bov and I am on the list for the cobb AP when it comes out, so Im going to get rid of the P2 flash and have a couple custom maps made for it.
