Ivey Tune

Just want to hear from everyone who's had an Ivey tune, I'm considering going to him for a fuel pump and tune and want to hear what everyone thinks. If you have stories about going to other places before and or after Ivey I'd like to hear about those too. I'm sure this has been posted before, but I didn't find what I wanted to see by searching....

I'm sure they are, I'm just getting opinions about other places. I've heard that Turbotrix runs the car lean, and I'd rather have a very safe tune. Don't need to buy a new motor... I can barely afford the tune.

Ivey is awesome and definitely one of the best EVO tuners, no questions asked.

Thanks bud, I'm interested in seeing him, I hear mainly good things. Just wanted to get some personal opinion about him and his shop. Your numbers are sick too with a stock turbo.

Sean does great work. He takes his time to get everything perfect and does not rush to get you in and out. He will also answer any questions you might have and not make you feel stupid for asking them. What can I say, I've been with other tuners and as far as I'm concerned Sean is the man to see.

Great, thats what I'm looking for. I'm still a bit noobish at this whole tuning thing and I love to pick people's brains, without being annoying. I sent him an e-mail last night looking for pricing on the tune and fuel pump install. Tune is the next thing after the new rotors, pads, lines and fluid. Can't wait to see some more go out of the car! Thanks for the info, and keep the feedback coming.

yeah i got my evo tuned by sean ivey at 1320 performance. other than 1320 taking really really long to install my cams, it was overall a good experience. sean is a really good guy and i have had no problems in the car. runs sick and couldnt be happier. i def would recommend him, the only thing is that they dont drop price for retunes.

I'm gonna be going to him soon after I install my walboro. I hear so many good things about him. I was gonna go to Turbotrix but I decided to go Ivey. You in Edison too? Where? By the Menlo Mall?

i had a sean ivey tune my car.. it was great. car made sick numbers on pump gas and it was a safe tune none the less. he is a stand up guy and knows his ****. i have a few mods not recomended on stock ecu and he made the car run relyable. i since then had to have a few tweeks done to my idle part of my map because when i had a few things fix'd it distroyd the setup that was program'd. sean had nothing to do with this nore was it his fault just for your info. i would deff recomend sean ivey.

Nice, good to hear bad with the good reviews. I like to hear that things do go wrong. But if the worst that you hear is that they took a long time to install the cams... then I'm not worried. Keep up the feedback guys!
