build boost on the line?

can someone please post how to build boost on the line (like at a drag strip or stop light) ive seen the word stutterbox tossed around. what exactly is that? and can someone post a manfacture and maybe part. i am currently working with a 2006 evo 9 and a vishnu v400 tune package. it seems like a great way to lower lanch times...any one had real world experiance in this area?

thx stax

You have a built in stationary rev limiter. Put it in first clutch to the floor and gas to the floor. The car has to be stationary as well It will bounce off the 5k mark and build boost. Most people raise to 6k

are you serious ? holy ****... do a search for 2 step... rev limiter.... stationary rev limiter... and then realize you already have one on your car .... put it in first, hold the clutch down, press down the gas slowly till you will bounce off at 5k i think it is stock

ive been doing quite a bit of reading since i got the car actually, the biggest prollem i have is the fact that EVERYONE uses abbreavitions to discribe parts and mods, itll probaly take me a month just to figure out the termonolgy on these forums.

lol...yeah i know how that goes.... you need to find a tactrix cable and download ecuflash or set up a tune with someone. or borrow one from someone locally and let them do it.... it takes all of 2 minutes to change
