Cold Start Idel Problems With Hks Eids

I`ve installed the HKS type K EIDS controller in My RALLIART EVO VII. It was suppose to help with the problem of the car wanting to die when the AC unit is on. The car stalled twice, but only when the AC is on.
On installing the HKS unit, on mornings the car idel speed only goes to about 1300-1500RPM ,stuttering and flutuating, when very cold for a short time until the temperature approaches the minimum stroke. Did any one have similar problem or can explain what is going on with my unit?

sounds like your idle is lean, like around 17:1 mine does this cause I need to adjust the maf sensor, idles lean until the o2 feedback kicks in.

Thanks for the information. I`m new to the EVO world what should I have my Mech. do? Or Can I make the adjustments?
Another thing when i adjust the EIDS to a richer mix I get no real change. What could be the problem? Cold start Idel problem described only started when I installed the EIDS. The stalling problem existed before. How can I solve both?
