Help ideling problem

Hi im new to the forms i was just wondering if i could get some help with my car.

I drive a 2003 evo8 i just had the motor done because it recently blew so i bought a new stock motor. It was running really good until i started to kinda push it to its limits. i wouldnt 7,000 rpm ****fs but id still beat on it i put 3,000 miles on the motor so far. The issue im having it when im hitting spike boost you could feel the car shake at time not super crazy but it shakes. Now just yesterday its ideling at 2,100rpm. I would let it sit for like 2-3 min so it can drop down to normal but it just stays there. Only once to day when i was driving it was at 1,000 rpm ideling fine. It just went back to 2,000rpm it only was 2-3 min that it went back to 2,000rpm

Mods done: manual boost controller, ajp innercoller, full greddy exhaust and a mishmito raditor.
