I had a bad 02 sensor so I changed it and the cel is gone but my evo will only boost 5psi any ideas why?

 

I had the same problem in mine my mechanic found a tear in the boost guage line theres like a rubber sleeve that comes with the boost guage and i guess it couldnt handle the boost and it ripped the line might want to check that
