bad afr's....

so let me get straight to it.... these are my mods , intake, buschar tbe, helix o2 housing, forge wga, fmic, turbo trix flash... This is my problem .... ever since i got the car flashed it has had a boost leak(real sick right?) i finely fixed the leak. I was told to run it at 25psi once the leak was fixed . I did one third gear pull and saw a 13.2 afr and immediately let off. i tried many times to lower boost and still had deadly afrs.... i am using a aem wide-band , and a aem true boost for the record. any help where to start would be a big help...thanks
