anyone not know how to do own mods?

i see a lot of you talking about performance upgrades for evo ix. where can you have mods done for you if you don't know how to do them yourself?

Go to the "How To" threads and print the instructions. Use the instructions that the "mod" came with, get a friend to do them, or go to a good speed/tuner shop and pay to have them done.

Most Jiffy Lubes or quick change oil places can do most turbo upgrades and install cams.

Yeah, but they always want to rape you on the wiper blades or the coolant flush.

depends on what you want done. if you want an exhaust and downpipe put on. There is nothing wrong with going to any muffler shop. Nothing to involved there.
Now if you want cams, head studs or any tubo upgrade, 02 housing I would not bring it to any place, only shops that deal with strickley with evo's.
Worth it to bring it to AMS or the likes.
HOw to forums are ok, but lots of time specifics are left out. they are great for people with experience, but someone clueless but mechanicaly inclined are still not good enough I think.
