EVOSCAN QUESTIONS

I notcied the evoscan has a check box for the 2byte load, however I have some questions I hope someone can answer for me:

Once I make a log how do i create a table wich shows my current A/F ration against my 2byte load and rpm so I can alter it?
some like this...

Yes to log 2 byte load just check the box if you modified your rom for it your good to go.

Load calc is just that its a calculation of the load. Its not the load the ecu sees but its in the ballpark. The ecu uses 2 byte load and I believe a few other factors with weather conditions. In evoscan the calculation is (5*InjScaling*([InjPulseWidth]-(-0.1026*[Battery]+1.8741))/[AFRMAP])

The oxygen sensor 1 and 2 are the two factory sensors. One in the o2 housing and the other in the exhaust stream. Placement varying with type of exhaust. They read in V

first of all you will need a wideband and have it checked when you do a log.
the image doesn't show it checked. top right on the page and again in the log list.

calc load : isn't necessary if you are doing 2 byte load.
there are a few items that the program needs to figure other aspects but the program will tell you it needs such and such to figure ... so my plan is to uncheck anything I don't need to know and if the computer comes back with a box I say OK.
yes, check the box to get 2 byte load

you don't have to be careful in deciding what you log, as time goes by you may need to log something you don't need now.

the two oxygen senors are the front and back sensors, why anyone logs them is not in my grade level. unless they help out in the calcs for low and mid fuel trims.(guess that would be likely)

the afr map: is a log to watch which map the ecu is using. not generally an issue but good for trouble shooting when tracking down fuel gremlins.
if your laptop is under powered you might want to uncheck it for now

have fun don't worry till the engine goes bang.

re the chart,

it looks nice and gives you a quick view, I find the data more fulfilling in csv format
if only because everything else is right there too.
