Tactrix cable problem

Hey guys this weekend i tried to flash my evo but for some reason the white part of the tactrix cable would not read my ecu, so i could not install my map. Has this happened to anyone else, could my cable just be broken? Any advice would be appreciated.

sometime I had this problem, like the connector was not on perfect. I just take it all off and put it back in. then it works. but im sure you already tried this. i dunno have you continuity tested it.

Yeah i have tested it on a couple different evos and the same thing. Could it be the programs on the computer need to be reinstalled?

well if you tried on more than 1 car and same problem. then sounds like your cable is the problem some how.
