Hello everyone! In about one week I will be driving a Apex Silver 06 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR and I am looking to mod it. Are there any Evolution specialists around the San Francisco area?

Looking for:
100 - 150 Horsepower increase
100 - 150 Torque increase
JDM front/rear bumpers
Purple/blue HID headlights
Possibly tint windows - 15 - 20% (front/rear)
