Email flashes..

Im looking to get an e-mail tune for one of my cars. Has anyone done this before?..I mostly here negative things about it although some people seem pleased with certain companies. What place do you guys suggest?

If you have a wideband, and are willing to datalog the car several times and work with your tuner until you get it perfect, then e-flashes are a good option for people who don't have an experienced local tuner.

What I would stray away from is a "base flash" that isn't customized.
