evoscan will not open

I click the icon on my desktop that I've used since it was installed and it gives me this. And it worked just fine all day Saturday.

what do i need to reinstall 2.1 without rebuying it?

PM ur email, i will send you the install files. You will need your serial when you purchased. However it may still be in your windows registry.
