twin plate exedy clutch

Im basically wondering what is the life expectancy of this type of clutch doing 1.7 60ft launch am i going to burn it quick

Thats a question i dont think GOD could answer.. There are 100 factors that contribute to life of the clutch.. I wouldnt even take a guess honestly.. What 60ft you cut doesnt change how long it lasts.. quite honestly the guy that cuts 2.0 60's cause he rides the clutch down the track will last even less..

what about daily driver 30mile a day, no lunch just redline pull ones a week

i have around 28,000 on my twin plate..... i do wonder how well its holding up but it feels like the day i got it still

yeah i have 13,000 on mine still feels the same i can launch it all the time and never fades.

im sorry i posted this earlier i just got back in, i appreciate the response to my questions ive been taking the car to the drag strip like every other week not realizing that i could burn out my clutch i spent alot of money on it i just dont want to replace it soon.

normal fast road driving the twin plate should last you around 20 to 25 thousand miles iv seen these at that mileage
drag use will shorten its life expectancy dramatically

I daily drive my 500+awhp evo and did hundred's of tuning runs, launches etc... it's finally getting to the point where it's starting to drag and not disengage cleanly. It's been a trooper. I'd rebuild it or buy another one but Im going to be increasing power quite a bit so I'm going to the tilton twin carbon next week.
