i dont think its worth it if u already have a boost gauge.. a manual boost controller should be efficient enough for u..

the purpose of the tru boost is having a boost controller plus gauge in 1.

and youll save a lot more money going to the MBC..

anyways to answer your question.. the aem tru boost works perfect for my car.. very easy to use and set up.. and its easy for me to switch between race and pump gas maps.. all i have to do is hit a button on the tru boost and flip a switch in my glove department. its easy as that.. havent had a problem with it since i installed it.. would recommend to anyone!

I have the DEFI 3 gauge setup, which includes the boost gauge. If I wanted this just for an ebc would it be worth it?? I have an AEM wideband and these 2 would look good together on a dual pillar. I don't car if it reads boost I just want it for an electric boost controller

I'm curious to what switch you are referring too. I'm looking into the aem tru boost as well. Can you run 3 boost settings?

Tru-boost can give you the options to switch through 2 pre-set boost map.

You can tune Map A for 24 psi, and Map B for 18 psi, and then switch through these two.
