AEM EMS or Stock ecu

i am currently running the AME EMS and alot of my friends say to go back to stock and sum say stay with the AEM....would it be easier to tune the Stock? car does not start easily, i have a fullybuilt cosworth head with 880cc precision fuel injectors and many other mods, my tuner says the reason my car starts slow is because the fuel injectors are big and second the cossie cams should lope but no lope, bad tuner or change ecu?

A lot of your friends say go back to stock.. so if a lot of your friends say go go back to an AFC yet your car is running great on AEM would you do it?? A post with some information along with the question might be more helpful.. Like, your car wont start easily, your tuner sucks on tuning aem, so you friends suggested going back to stock.. etc..
