Today I try reduce the Ignition on the 5400 to 5800 RPM and got less than 56 Knock. is that ok or not?as is very close to the Warning 60 knock.. Should I reduce more timing?.

the problem with the commander is it logs basic max knock. You can get one incident of knock in a cell and this is the figure it records. Are you hearing knock? you need to verify knock using something such as this

http://www.phormula.co.uk/Default.aspx

Regarding timing vs afr I run 12.1 - 12.3 and timing of 16 degrees, but then i also run water meth and our spec is very different.

I would follow some of the advice you got earlier, reduce timing in this area to 6 degrees and check the knock again. make sure your afr's are good and then add timing until you see knock.

BTW it is virtually impossible to tune with the hand controller, you could try datalogit

I dont get more than 25 knock ever. you need to determine what is acceptable knock for your engine

I would be happy to have a look at your maps also. You can email me on nianlala@hotmail.com

I have been running my setup for 2 years now, my target AFR is around 12.0 at the top end. I run around 33psi (2.25bar) on 93 pump using a GT35, no meth, no alky. 525whp. My knock counts are under 30 all the time. Ignition advance at around 5800rpm (@1.9bar) is around 12-14. I can email you the IGN table if you are interested in seeing it.

Pm me your DAT file and any recent log files that you might have, this way I can open them with the datalogit.* The ignition and fuel files will mean more if I can check the rest of your settings.* So said that you are using the innovate, are you logging the AFR's throught the datalogit? this is also very useful when tuning.* The log files will also shown me knock in the 4 ways, basic max, basic average, advanced max and advanced average.* You need to figure out if it is real knock or not.

from the pictures the timing looks at little high, have you looked at the actual timing versus the commanded timing? this can vary for serveral reasons one of which is battery voltage. Send me the logs and I can help
