Ecuflash is simply a program you download on the internet to tune or "dyno tune" your evo.

so the ecu flash is simply a term used to describe the the name of the software that hacks into the ecu. i guess my next question is what's the difference between a regular Tune and a Dyno Tune?
Thanks,

If it's a Dyno tune then it's done on a Dyno with the tuner present. If it's not a dyno tune it may be a base flash (not tested on your car) or a street tune where the tuner tunes the car on the open road, or maybe even a hybrid (email tune) where the tuner custom tunes your car from logs that you provide, at a remote location and you flash the car yourself. Lots of options.
