Ok, this happens during the summer when I was doing some WOT to log data during a road tune. Anyways, it seem to knock AFTER I blew the LICP loose. I adjust the BISS screw and broke it so I remove the throttle body to replace the BISS screw. Seem like after that, the motor is knocking badly during WOT. I have like 19 or so counts of knock. When I drive normally, it drives fine. I would like to get that problem solve before I can finish the tuning this coming summer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

You are going to have to give a lot more information in order to get the best answer. i.e. Mods and tune.

I would guess that when you replaced the BISS it isn't in the correct position. This will cause all kinds of issues. Also, as I am sure many others will tell you, check for boost and vacuum leaks.

 

I could not get the old BISS crew out so I did drill and torch it to get it out. I was off a little while drilling that sucker out. I think that may be the culprit to my issue. Anyways as far as upgrade goes, I have HKS 264/272 Camshaft, HKS Cam gears, Injen Intake and LICP, Walbro fuel pump, No name DP and cat delete and Works exhaust.
