I have Boost, A/F (Doesn't work right now) and Aquamist.
I thinking about redoing it so what are some good to have gauges?

that all depends on the mods you have on your vehicle. An EGT gauge is useful too.

Ahhh! Thats what I am missing a vacuum gauge! LOL

 

Definitely get an oil pressure gauge, and a wide band.

I have boost, oil press/temp and I'm looking to buy a wideband now.

 

Boost / EGT / Oil Pressure / Wideband O2.

Those would be the most important gauges to have.

It's already been said like twice, wideband, oil pressure, boost

 

i have a Pyrometer (exhaust temp.), it's nice to know when my header is baking.. plus i use it as a gauge of when it's ok to turn off my car so i don't harm my turbo. pretty easy to install too, just weld a donut in ur manifold. one day i'll take the plunge and buy a turbo-timer, but until then i'll just hang out in my car while it cools =)

Boost, oil pressure and Wideband

 

I am wondering why Oil Pressure is recommended as an important gauge? I understand Boost , Wideband and EGT for tuning purposes.

But oil pressure isn't easily adjustable, so I assume its purely an extra monitor for engine safety. Isn't the ECU already monitoring this for me anyways? Hopefully someone can educate me.
