Why is it mbc>ebc
i used MBCs already, pretty good for consistent results, but i moved over to the ECU based control and never turned back. i hit 23 psi peak and hold to redline. plus an MBC is set and leave, this one i get to play with
Yeah I agree with many people here.
I don't think the issue is that mbc is ultimately better than ebc. It's the fact that an mbc is drastically cheaper.
However, I believe a well configured ebc will out-perform a mbc.

The biggest problem in todays fast paced world is people want something quick to set up, cheap and reliablity to go along with that... hench MBC. For those meticulous people out there that like to be **** about every setting on their car (I am one) then an EBC or ECU based boost control is for you.
I have the GReddy Profec B Spec II, this is one of the most reliable and affordable EBC you can get on the market. Operation is so simple, I like the fact that I can adjust the boost easily when temp changes, never have to worry about over boosting when it's too cold.
Basically EBC fools the wastegate by telling it when to open I think that's what makes it superior.
