Launch Control

Hey guys I was wondering if my Launch Control seting will be saved if I use ap to load stage 2 map. I currently have launch control enabled on my 03 evo via tactrix cable and ecu flash.

I never had launch control prior to my AP, and after flashing it, it had its own launch control on there set at 5500 (stock for 05+ evo's I believe).
