I'm having that same problem. But it's more abour air. I think it's probable the Mast Flow Senor or the BOV or even the Throttle body.

i have heard people having this problem related to the iac.

So Ive tried everything on here and it's still doing it... Any other ideas? I can't think of anything.

Maybe the seal where the cable hooks to is making it stick??? Read what i posted ^^^^^^^^^^
