evo8 with with pestering idle
hey guys, only during idle do i have a p0300 multi random misfire, no leaks of any kind. it idles kinda high1100-1500 and sometimes rises slow then my afr drops and the car shutters it happens probably 3-4 times every minute. ive replaced idle control valve, map sensor, cleaned my maf, replaced my trottle body and egr, oh and my vac is usually only around 14 and never over 15.. always had this problem since i bought the car, ive never had it tuned cuz no one around here tunes that i know of , but the seller said he flashed it with a stock ecu flash but idk, i know nothing about tuning to begin with, any help would be appreciated

I have the same issue right now with my GSC S2's.
But not tune and your on 280's? Im surprised that it runs that well at all. I think a tune would do you well. If theres no one in your area for tuning buy a tactrix and start tuning with Chris from Mellon Tuning. If you dont want to buy a cable for 100 bucks or whatever it is i think you can rent them from 4 wheel slide? I think....Somebody rents them anyway.

Ditch the HKS intake filter and get a Vibrtant cone filter and MAF adaptor. It will solve most of your idle issues. Evo MAF's don't like HKS designed filters. Causes them to get all kinds of strange signals.
As posted above....invest in a tactrix cable and read in the EcuFlash sections....you will find all the answers you need.

clue #1 = "random misfire, no leaks "
clue #2 = "idles kinda high1100-1500 and sometimes rises slow then my afr drops and the car shutters it happens probably 3-4 times every minute"
--> if it is time to do so anyway, put in fresh and properly gapped plugs. if the problem continues, be sure your plug wires are fine. if it still persists, then check the coil pack.
if none of the above work, then focus on...
clue #3 = "my vac is usually only around 14 and never over 15"
--> be sure all the lines are connected. try and zip tie the terminal ends of reachable vacuum lines in case you have loose/leaky lines
