Does anybody know if the AP for the IX reprogrammable for another type of vehicle?
Seems like there's no more interest in these things cause of all the ECU possibilities tuners can do.

Not reprogrammable, but Cobb does offer a trade-in program if you want to buy one for another car.

yup. trade in program is just about all you can do. 200 dollars off towards a different cobb ap

If you run access tuner race , you have access to all ecu parameters. With time and patience the evo ix can be tuned for almost any horsepower, limited by the MAF. Also not having a MAP for boost reference ,future boost increases are possible. Plus all of the safety features the OE ECU has.No check engine lights, no more po420 codes,ever.
