Issue while trying to tune. NEED HELP!

Hey guys not sure if this is the right place for this question but if not feel free to move it.
Last night I went to tune my evo ix, I went to plug in the black piece of the tactrix cable and the alarm sounded for about 5 to 6 seconds. I did have the cable pulled off for about 3 of those seconds. Followed by the alarm I noticed the right turn signals stayed on. I unplugged the battery for about 30 sec and plugged back in and same thing, the right signals are on. (they are not blinking, they just stay on). I try and reset the the ecu by unplugging battery again for like 3 min and same thing. After a few min of having car run and trying to figure out what the problem is the turn signal lights turn off. But not my problem is they do not work. Everything else on car seems to work fine but the right side turn signals no longer signal.

Does anyone have any idea or had this happened to anyone. Need to figure this out today.

Thanks in advanced.
