Did you try to start your car before swapping the stock o2 sensor? mine won't even try to fire, it turns over fine but never so much as sputters.
Runs fine on the aem though.

 

Im in the same exact situation right now, I have a IX with V1 and im thinking either to switch to stock ecu or do the trade up program with aem and get the Infinity. From what i've been reading the Infinity has fixed most of the problems that the other versions have/had, plus the extra features that the stock ecu doesn't have.

 

What kind of deal will they give us for a v1 to go infinity?
