What is mode 23? Is this for the evo x only?

Why change the mut table? what is the purpose to change the byte not getting it.

 

I don't know what mode 23 is. I've never heard of it. I have an Evo9, sorry. As for the MUT Table that is how your ecu indexes data. You would change it to alter values produced and reported by the ecu. Pretty simple really. It just looks weird.
