I have a 2006 evo 9 have injen intake and full intercooler piping blox intake filter,invidia cat back,test pipe,3in down pipe,o2 housing, and also im doing 23psi was just wondering around how much whp will it make.

 

comes down to the quality of the fuel and the temperature where its being done at. and if the boost controller is able to maintain that 23psi at higher rpm where its most effective.

 

Im from Stockton CA around 92 degress, on 91pump and yes it will keep 23 no drop

 

This is always a tough question. Different cars react to mods in different ways. I would imaging your final HP number will be all about how skilled your tuner is!

It sounds like you need to log and put it in Virtual Dyno to answer your question.

something around low 300whp most likely.
