80700010 2byte load help please

Hi Guys, I'm new to this stuff, could some one please help me with an easy to follow walk through (with pics if you could) on how to ad a 2 byte load to Evoscan/Ecuflash. I've tried following other threads, but I have a hard time turning on my TV . . .
