Does the ecu read wideband afr's?
Does the ecu read wideband afr's from any stock sensors? I am going to try a some iphone software called dashcommand and would like to do away with my AEM boost and wideband gauges.
The software uses a wifi/ bluetooth obdII reader to gather its information. I'm wondering if afr's are one of the variables that the ecu gathers info on?
When tuning with something like tephra, do tuners need an external afr measuring tool or does the ecu provide the info already?
Here's some links into what I plan on doing. Iphone 5 synced with appradio 3 headunit and running dash command.

Thank you,

You will have to wire your WBO2 directly into the ECU before you can read it. Even so I don't believe the OBD-II protocols used by this software can read AFR because a WBO2 is not stock on the Evo. I just use Evoscan on a laptop to gather what I need for tuning, and simple LED display for AFR mounted inside what used to be the clock

Use this to log wideband.

You use connect it to your laptop and set the port in Evoscan to log it.
There isn't any wideband on the car so you would need to keep your AEM and use that to log through your laptop.
